We follow a child –friendly behavior management routine which includes “RPI – Rules, Praise and Ignore”. Child centric measures are adopted and our teachers are trained to be Pro-active and find solution along with the children. I would like to inform you that Corporal Punishment is NOT Allowed in our school.
The school strives hard to maintain constant interaction with the Parents. They are regularly informed and kept update on the development of their ward as well as happenings at school. Therefore, they are invited to get first-hand information of the progress of their ward from time to time from the concerned teachers and to know the latest patterns of education. They are also made aware of the techniques as how they should create interest in educating their wards and make them busy while at home.
The School has an effective Club System with the objective of bringing education closer to life. This ensures maximum participation of children in activities that develop essential life skills. Therefore, the school is divided into Four Clubs, namely – The Smart Club, The Ideal Club, The Nice Club and The Gentle Club. To manage responsibilities, One Captain and One Vice- Captain are selected from each club. This helps inculcate Team Spirit and sense of responsibility among students.
The school follows a Dress code which reflects a high standard of personal conduct so that our Attire promotes a safe and positive atmosphere within school.
To encourage the students for their outstanding performance in different fields and activities, they are awarded from time to time.
1. Every year in our Annual function “MASTER SKYWINGS” & BABY SKYWINGS “title is given to one boy and one girl who is found Extra-ordinary in all respects.
2. The school chooses One Teacher and One Parent and declare, “Teacher of the Year” and “Co-operative Parent of the year” which is a UNIQUE feature of our school.
3. We give a Token of Appreciation to all our Sub Staff which includes Maids and Peons.
